The term ‘Theresa Wild Aesthetics & Beauty’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, and our registered office. ‘You’ relates to the visitor or user of our website.

Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD – Terms, Conditions & Contract of Enrolment
- Deposits are non-refundable, but will be credited against the course fee. If you cancel your enrolment less than 30 days prior to the start date, no monies will be refunded. Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD, will transfer, the deposit onto another training course. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the deposit being lost. In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course, or complete the course for any reason for example: personal problems, illness, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, death in the family, change in personal circumstances, or failure to obtain a loan other than in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD, no refunds of fees or deposits will be granted. The balance of the full course fee should be paid to Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD, no less than 30 days prior to the commencement date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the deposit being forfeited and you will not to be able to attend a Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD course.
- Upon notification of the commencement date, no variation in the course date will be permitted without full payment of any outstanding balance and at least one month’s written notice is received by the educational director, who reserves the right to change and confirm another date – subject to availability.
- A student is accepted for enrolment on and subject to the conditions that the student will attend on the date (the commencement date) and at the time specified in the confirmation letter which will be sent to the student upon receipt of the completed application form together with the correct deposit.
- Fees are not refundable if the course is interrupted or cancelled through an act of God or terrorist act.
- Should you not disclose, any contraindication/(s), gender or religious reasons that you may not be able to undertake fully in the course, no refunds will be given. It is the student’s responsibility to declare any medical contraindications or prescribed medicines, that may stop, them from undertaking the course and completing the training.
- By processing payment of a deposit or fees for a course in full to Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full as outlined by Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD.
- Anyone who pays for a course and undertakes part of the course training, but then changes their mind with regards to studying with Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD or finds a course or product cheaper at a later date will not be entitled to a refund.
- Time off for official religious holidays, booked holidays, planned weddings, medical appointments etc. must be discussed and agreed with the educational director before application. We recommend that all absence be avoided where possible.
Hours, Attendance & Achievement
Students are required to attend on the first day of their course or module at the time stated in their confirmation letter. Failure to attend the first day of your course, or module will preclude you from attending any further part of that course or module and you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid or offered an alternative start date or course.
For assessment-based courses, you must have a minimum of 100% attendance for teaching in the classroom for each subject/module, failure to do so may result in you not attaining your certificate and no refunds will be given.
Classes will commence promptly at the published times, irrespective of whether all students are present. Classes will not be delayed to wait for latecomers, and teachers are not responsible for repeating work missed. Latecomers may be requested to wait until a suitable break in teaching before entering a class. Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD can alter, at anytime class hours, of any course without prior notice. The School will be closed on all UK public holidays. If a public holiday falls during your course, no extra days will be added to your course or reduction in fees given.
Paying for and/or attending a course fully does not guarantee a qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement. Any fees paid to Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD are purely for educational delivery. Awards of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria set out by the various awarding bodies, that Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD are accredited with.
Time off for official religious holidays, booked holidays, and planned weddings, medical appointments etc. must be discussed and agreed before application. We recommend that all absence be avoided where possible. Students may be required to attend assessments or another awarding body verification day, even if they have finished their allotted course, failure to attend as required, may result in you not achieving certification and no refunds will be given.
Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD will not tolerate, racism, based on colour, background, religion or gender, as non acceptable, should you be found as displaying any of the above, you will be asked to leave the course and no refunds will be given. Any candidate, found to be using drugs, prescribed or none prescribed, or being under the influence of alcohol, will be excluded, with any refunds given.
Students will be required to attend in salon wear, failure to do so, will result in exclusion, no refunds will be given.
If a student decides to leave the course at their own free will, not withstanding any advice by the Theresa Wild Training and Events Team, this will be against their own interests and the student will take full responsibility for this decision and this will not lie with Theresa Wild Training and Events Limited and the student will waive any claims against Theresa Wild Training and Events for their premature departure.
It is regretted that due to the possibility of copyright infringement, the use of video cameras is not permitted. Audio recording equipment may be permitted by specific arrangement.
It is not the responsibility of Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD or individual teachers to provide additional teaching hours for students to ‘catch up’ on education missed due to lateness or absenteeism for whatever reason.
Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD reserves the rights to increase or decrease course and product prices, at any time, without notice and refunds, to any previous students, that may have paid more, money terms.
Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD holds the right to use social media in a positive way, to support, previous candidates, should social media be used in a negative or defamatory way by a student, Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD holds the right to remove any practioners from its website and from being associated with Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD.
Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD will uphold any UK public holidays, it may not always be possible, and to extend the course and it is the candidates, responsibility to check with Theresa Wild of Theresa Wild Training & Events LTD.
Paying for and/attending a course does not guarantee a qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement.
Terms and Conditions for Appointments
1. The Agreement
1.1 This is the terms and conditions for the Provision of Treatments and sale of goods and services (“Agreement”) by and between you (the “client”), (the “Theresa Wild Aesthetics LTD "Service provider”) of (46 Silver St, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2NE Or Bournemouth Address)
1.2 This Agreement is effective upon the clients’ signature or payment for or usage of the service providers goods and services, each of which constitutes an agreement to these terms.
1.3 This agreement applies to all goods and services offered by the service provider and provided to the client.
2. Booking Fees
2.1 Non-refundable booking fees are payable in order to secure an appointment, these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as such a new booking fee will be payable for all bookings made with the service provider.
2.2 The relevant booking fees are as such:
(a) £35 for Prescriptions, £50 deposit booking fee if the appointment is worth over £100 is required, £100 for over £500 and £150 for over £1,000.
(b) A £25 booking fee is required for a consultation/ skin analysis with Theresa, this fee may be transferred towards another appointments booking fee if the client books in another treatment on the day of the consultation.
3. Your Obligations
3.1 The client agrees to arrive at their appointment at the designated time. The client accepts that arriving more than 20 minutes late to their appointment means that the appointment slot will be lost, and the full price of treatment will become payable.
3.2 If for any reason the client believes they will be unable to attend, then they must follow the cancellation policy outlined in clause 5 of this document.
3.3 The client agrees not to attend their appointment if they feel unwell and will notify the service provider as soon as possible that they are unable to attend.
4. Our Obligations
4.1 The service provider will ensure your appointment is carried out by a qualified professional, whether sourced internally or by a third party.
4.2 The service provider will arrive on time to the client’s scheduled appointment, with the appropriate equipment and PPE.
4.3 The service provider will notify the client at their earliest convenience if for any reason the clients scheduled appointment can no longer take place. In such an event the service provider will offer to the client an alternative location and/ or date for their appointment. Where no suitable alternative appointment can be agreed the service may at their own discretion offer the client some form of remuneration.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 If the client requires to rearrange their appointment, they can by giving no less than 48 hours’ notice. In such case the booking fee is transferable to the rearranged appointment.
5.2 If the client requires to rearrange an appointment that has been previously rearranged, then the booking fee will not transfer and a new booking fee will become payable.
5.3 In the event that the appointment has to be cancelled due to reasons outside the control of either the client or the service provider (Acts of God), no refunds will be provided. Instead an alternative date and/ or venue will be made available in order to carry out the appointment.
5.4 If the client needs to either cancel or rearrange their appointment, they must do so by email, phone or text to email@example.com or 07747 065385. The client must include; their full name, contact number, appointment details (date and time) and information on what treatment they are booked in for.
5.5 The service provider may waive fees under circumstances, the client accepts that this is purely at the discretion of the service provider.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Theresa Wild Aesthetics LTD do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
6.2 If for any reason you believe the service provided is not satisfactory, please contact the service provider who will seek to remedy the issue at their own discretion.
7. Provision of Goods
7.1 No refunds are offered by the service provider for any physical goods or supplies sold to the client.
7.2 The client may exchange any goods or supplies for other goods or supplies of the same value, please note this is at the discretion of the service provider.
7.3 The client may also exchange any goods or supplies for other goods or supplies of a higher value so long as the difference is paid to the service provider.
7.4 The client may also exchange any goods or supplies for other goods or supplies of a lower value, however the service provider will not offer a refund for the difference in value.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
8.1 Theresa Wild Aesthetics Ltd is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes.
8.2 You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By booking online or signing the T&Cs in or prior clinic attendance, I accept that I have read and agree to the terms set out in this contract.
