Where appropriate, peer-to-peer treatments are undertaken to enhance the learning experience. All participants must complete a detailed client consultation and contraindication check before delivering or receiving treatments. This process ensures compliance with industry regulations and promotes safe practice.
Accreditation & Insurance
This course is accredited and mapped to Ofqual-recognised standards via VTCT/ProQual/Qualifi frameworks. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a certificate that meets national occupational standards and is eligible for insurance through most major UK insurance providers. Learners are advised to confirm eligibility for insurance cover prior to enrolment.
Course Entry Requirements
Candidates who wish to complete this qualification must have previously completed Level 3 Access to Aesthetic Practice.
Candidates for this qualification should either:
Be employed in a role where they will have the opportunity to carry out a number of skin tightening treatments on a range of clients.
OR
Be enrolled with a training provider, which will enable them to carry out a number of skin tightening treatments on a range of simulated or real clients. Candidates who complete this qualification, and who wish to further develop their knowledge and skills in the beauty sector, could progress to study additional qualifications from ProQual’s hair and beauty suite.
