TheresaWild.com website is operated by Theresa Wild Permanent Cosmetics Ltd. and any contract you enter into via the website will be with Theresa Wild Permanent Cosmetics.  All materials and content displayed on TheresaWild.com are protected by UK trademark and copyright laws and any attempts made to breach these terms and conditions or unlawfully represent us or our services may result in civil action.

Personal Details

By voluntarily providing your personal details to TheresaWild.com you automatically consent and agree through the provision of such information, that all information shared by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Should you forfeit these conditions in any way or attempt to consciously mislead us by providing unlawful and inaccurate details, then TheresaWild.com its directors, offices, associates, contracted and full time staff employees will not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising out of such actions. By breaching these terms and conditions you agree to fully indemnify us and provide reasonable compensation if your actions result in circumstances that cause any damage made to our professional reputation and perceived business ethics. Should any changes to your status or personal information be made, you agree to inform of us these changes in writing by email to hello@theresawild.com

Hours of Operation

Theresa Wild Permanent Cosmetics operate out of Theresa Wild Aesthetics & Beauty Salon in Salisbury, Wiltshire and other reputable accredited UK clinics and medical practices in the capacity as a visiting or resident PMU. As our main practice site Theresa Wild Aesthetics & Beauty Salon is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10.00 – 17:00, Thursdays from 10:00 – 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 – 13:00 GMT. We are closed for all UK government observed holidays.

Shipping Charges

All services and treatments provided by Theresa Wild Permanent Cosmetics Ltd. are delivered onsite in our clinics. In the case of offsite educational training and the postage and shipment of PMU accessories and pigments specific terms and conditions will apply, which will be available for full review and the time of booking and ordering.

Booking, Refund & Cancellation Process

All consultations relating to our Permanent Makeup treatments are complimentary with no obligation. Once you have decided to proceed with the treatment a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your appointment, at which stage your personal details will need to be added to our online booking system.  A patch test will be sent out to you and as part of our terms and conditions will need to be carried out 48 hours before the treatment takes place, to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the products we use in each of our procedures. If you experience any form of itching, discomfort or adverse reactions to the skin test, you must contact a member of our salon team immediately. If a second retouch treatment is required to complete your treatment (due to various skin types) this should be taken within 4 months of your original treatment otherwise charges will apply.

If you have a PMU treatment; you have 3 months from the date of the initial treatment to have your retouch treatment. If you fail to attend your appointment for the retouch (or less than 72 hours notice) you will loose the right to pay your split payment and full retouch charges will apply.

If you need to make an adjustment to your booking please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice.


www.theresawild.com reserves the rights to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and website at any time with or without direct notice to you and will not be held responsible for any modifications or withdrawals made that result in loss of data or profit due to unavoidable interruptions and the inability to access our website content.  You agree that each visit made to our website will be subject to our current published Terms & Conditions.
