The DermaPlaning & Phototherapy masterclass will be delivered by Medi-Aesthetics Lecturer and International Examiner Jane Davies, of DermaSkin Training. The 1 day cpd course has been designed to further enhance your knowledge of skin science and the practical skills required to carry out the popular combination treatment procedure of DermaPlaning and Phototherapy.
DermaPlaning is a highly popular form of mechanical exfoliation, which uses a sterilised 10-guage scalpel to; gently and effectively remove excess keratin from the epidermis (top layers) of the face, even out skin texture, stimulate the production of collagen and elastin proteins and aid the deeper penetration of cosmeceutical products. When used in combination with UV Light Therapy, which is renowned for targeting specific skin irregularities using low level pulsed light beams, the skin is left looking healthy, glowing and revitalised. These procedures can be delivered as either stand alone or combination monthly maintenance treatment for your clients.
In order to enrol on this course you must be a fully insured beauty therapist or permanent make up artist and hold recognised accredited Level 2 (Facials) and Level 3 (Anatomy and Physiology) qualifications. If these modules were covered as part of your PMU training, please forward your course syllabus and copy of your training qualification to firstname.lastname@example.org for review by the course lecturer, thank you.
