Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) Training Course

Our new training course, Applied Scalp Micropigmentation, is fully accredited by CPD and runs over 4 days at our training facility at Brandwood Clinic in Solihull.

I can give you a list of insurance companies that acknowledge the SMP Industry. We don’t provide a kit with the course, we can loan a machine for the duration of the course here and we provide everything you need whilst on the training course.

We have devised a programme that includes all the required elements of health & safety, clinical practices and direct instruction from two of the world’s most experienced and talented Scalp Micropigmentation technicians, Simon Lane & Paul Clark. Together they have performed thousands of procedures and trained many of the best practitioners working successfully around the globe.

Further information regarding the courses can be found here:

We are a multi-award winning scalp company with Paul & Simon both recognised internationally for their treatments. Our training course won the WSMPTG award for best UK training in 2018.

In advance of the four days in clinic we issue a manual containing full instruction on the theory of SMP.

The practical elements are delivered to a maximum of six trainees. Over the duration of the course you will be equipped with the skills you need to produce high quality, consistent results with a high level of confidence and understanding of the process.

Each day, 10am until 6pm, is broken into clearly defined modules, each with specific learning objectives and desired outcomes. Your progress is assessed regularly throughout.

The final day includes supervised work on a model you will have sourced and provided, giving you crucial hands-on experience with a real client.

The final day includes supervised work on a model, giving you crucial hands-on experience with a real client. You are welcome to bring your own model should you wish to work on a particular individual and treat the same person during your post-course case studies.

The course cost is £2250 and includes a pathway to a Level 4 qualification should you wish to take that route. The Applied SMP course qualifies you to perform scalp micropigmentation in the UK subject to local licensing agreements. Your dates can be secured with a deposit of £500, with the remainder payable nearer the course dates.
